Item as Described.  Southern Magnolia Minerals will guarantee that the mineral makeup in our listing will be as described. The pictures that you see in our listings are of the actual makeup you will receive.  At your request, we will send additional pictures of the item.

Communication:  We guarantee to stay in contact through the entire bidding/purchasing process.  We check our email several times a day.  We want to make sure that you get all your questions answered before you make the decision to place a bid.   Once you win an auction, we will continue to communicate with you. We believe in excellent service before AND after the sale too!  We will send an email as soon as your item is shipped as well.

Shipping Time:  Southern Magnolia Minerals guarantees that we will ship your item within 24 hours of your cleared payment.  We make sure that your item is packed securely in bubble wrap mailer or packing peanuts in a secure clean box for safe keeping during it’s journey.  Our preferred methods of shipment for USA is USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail.  According to USPS, this service will take 2-3 days to arrive once they have the package.  We ship International Priority for customers outside the US.  The USPS does not guarantee delivery time for International Priority packages.

Shipping & Handling Charges:  We guarantee that our shipping charges will be fair and comply with eBay's Shipping Charges Policy.  Included in the cost of shipping is delivery confirmation for US Customers, highly protective packing materials and careful handling.  We do offer a shipping discount if you purchase multiple items.  Shipping for the first item (highest priced shipping) will be at full price.  Each additional item will be $1.
