Pay by Phone: You’re welcome to fax your credit card information along with order to 866-493-2239.. We will need the following information: Credit Card #, Expiration date, 3 digit security code, name on card, mailing & billing address along with order. You can also email this same information using the Contact Us link at the top of this page. |
Shipping Info: We ship Monday - Friday via USPS using Priority mail, or First Class Mail (your choice!) for US Customers.
We will attempt to ship your item within 24 hours after cleared payment has been received. Please understand that once your order has left our possession, it may take 3 to 10 business days to reach you. Insurance is not required, but recommended. We cannot issue refund or re-ship your package if it is lost in the mail and you did not purchase insurance. Winner/Buyer pays all shipping and handling charges. You must request revised invoice for multiple purchases (if bought thru eBay)in order to receive shipping discount. All International orders are shipped USPS Priority International and may take up to 30 days to receive.
* Please make sure your address is reported correctly in PayPal as I cannot be responsible if you have moved or reported an incorrect address. If package is returned to us for any reason that is no fault of our own, buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost. I also suggest and recommend insuring your package due to lost packages at the PO. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the package is in the hands of the USPS.

International Customers:
• Free Shipping is NOT available for International sales.
We have a One Price Priority International Shipping Rate of $16 usd for retail orders. International customers can buy as much as they want and pay one price of $16 USD.
• We accept Paypal ONLY for International sales.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
- All International orders are shipped USPS Priority International within 3 business days. If you prefer to have your order shipped with a tracking #, contact us so that we can provide you with the shipping cost for USPS Express Mail.
- You understand that it may take up to 30 days or longer to receive your order due to USPS or Customs regulations.. SMM Cosmetics is not responsible for transit times.

Return Policy:
We proudly stand behind our Loose Mineral Makeup. If you are not satisfied, please return it within 7 days of stated delivery date along with item number, full name, method of payment, or paypal email address. Send to address on the package. Refunds will be made for purchase price only. Shipping is Non-Refundable. Buyer is responsible for cost incurred shipping products. All returns must be pre-approved by us and include a tracking #. Once package is received, a refund will be issued for the purchase price. A failure to follow any of these steps may delay the refund. SMM Cosmetics has the right to charge a 15% disposal fee if we feel it is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE...We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for ALL Skincare, Pressed Products, Mascara, Wands, Tubes, Lip Products, Brushes, or Makeup Samples. Please read the ingredients, if you have a question, are allergic or think you may be allergic to any product...DO NOT USE OR BUY!
We do offer samples of all our mineral makeup, so that you may try the products before purchasing full size. Samples CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a defective item, please e-mail us and we will resolve the issue. If you return a shipment expecting a refund, we will simply refuse the order and no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding. |
