Sunburn alert: This product contains an alpha hyroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for week afterwards.
Directions: Apply a thin layer to cleansed skin, avoiding eye area or open wounds. Rinse off after 5 minutes or, if irritation occurs, rinse immediately. Light tingling will occur. If skin becomes irritated, wash off immediately with warm water and apply jojoba or olive oil to face. Use once a week.
***Always test product on small area before use on entire face. This product can irritate sensitive skin or skin that has open pores. Only you will know when to wash off the masque which should happen at the first sign of any irritation. Do not use on sensitive skin.

However, in the unlikely event you are not, please return/exchange it within 7 days of stated delivery date along with order number, date of purchase, full name, method of payment, or paypal email address. Refunds will be made for purchase price only. Shipping paid for by the buyer is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for cost incurred shipping products back.
All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved by us and include a tracking #. Once package is received, a refund will be issued. A failure to follow any of these steps may delay the refund.

Express orders placed after 10:00 am EST in the US will ship the following business day. There may be additional delays if there is a sale, new products, or the volume of orders is higher than usual.
