RETURNS POLICY

We are sure you are going to be 100% satisfied with your mineral makeup! However, in the unlikely event you are not, please return/exchange it within 7 days of stated delivery date along with order number, date of purchase, full name, method of payment, or paypal email address. Refunds will be made for purchase price only. Shipping paid for by the buyer is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for cost incurred shipping products back.

All returns/exchanges must be pre-approved by us and include a tracking #. Once package is received, a refund will be issued. A failure to follow any of these steps may delay the refund.

*Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost are not refundable. Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.

Orders paid for with a Gift card, Gift Certificate, or voucher number will receive a store credit only.

RETURN POLICY FOR SKINCARE:

Due to FDA hygiene standards, We CAN NOT accept returns or exchanges for ALL Skincare, Pressed Products including Creme Foundation, Mascara, Wands, Tubes, Lip Products including lipstick, lip gloss, lip pencils, Brushes, Makeup samples, Skincare samples, or Clearance/Closeout items.

We strongly recommend you buying a sample first. Please read the ingredients, if you have a question, are allergic or think you may be allergic to any product...DO NOT USE OR BUY!

We do offer samples of all our mineral makeup and skincare, so that you may try the products before purchasing full size. Samples CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

U.S. and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO:

Domestic orders up to $44.99 receive a discounted ship rate of $5.99 per order, not per item! U.S. orders $45+ ships FREE. We ship Monday - Friday via USPS and will attempt to ship your item within 24 hours after cleared payment. However, during holidays, post office holidays, company close downs, and weekend sales, there may be a delay in shipping time. Express orders placed after 10:00 am EST in the US will ship the following business day. There may be additional delays if there is a sale, new products, or the volume of orders is higher than usual.

Free shipping is not available on International Orders. All shipping cost are in USD. Rates are subject to change per USPS.

NO ANIMAL TESTING PLEDGE

We believe that animals shouldn't suffer and die to test cosmetics or their ingredients. All cosmetics should be cruelty-free, and we support an end to animal testing for cosmetics and on the sale of new cosmetics that have been tested on animals.
